Apply facial oil or serum to clean skin to create adequate slip.

Using light-to-medium pressure, roll slowly outward and upward across the face. Move from the centre of the face toward the outer contours, and along the jaw toward the ear.

For the neck, use gentle strokes and avoid applying pressure directly over the front of the throat.

Repeat each movement several times as desired. Avoid rolling over irritated, broken or inflamed skin.
