We design every Rae Body piece with intention, efficacy and take pride in quality of our products.

If your purchase isn't right for you, we offer a straightforward return process.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Health & Safety Notice

Due to the nature of our products, any item that has been used cannot be returned or exchanged for health, safety, and hygiene reasons. Returns are only accepted for unused products in their original, unopened condition.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and refund the full amount, including original shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, original shipping costs are non-refundable, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
